Sounded as though they were enjoying Cape Lookout cabins when they called to let me know.
I'm invited to Sue Andrews's for a Christmas Eve duck dinner-- which is her long tradition, and one I haven't come upon before. And to Nancy's for Christmas dinner, so that should fill the holiday season with friends and foods, and general festivity.
