Well, I did walk this morning, and made it around the Loop. I thought I might walk the kink out, but no-- ..... I will try heat a while and see how I do-- may have to get it adjusted again. Hurts. And I can't stay in this chair long ...
Things otherwise are Ok here-- the dogs of next door run wild in my yard, but what's new? The one day the weather is good enough my cats could sit on the front walk, soak up a little fresh air ...
